Payments can be made either by e-check or by credit card. If you have any questions on how to do so, please feel free to contact the HOA and we will more than happy to email you instructions.

 

Trash Pick-up - Trash is picked up Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is picked up only on Thursdays.  

 

Trash should be in plastic bags placed in vinyl or steel trash cans with covers.

Large trash items (old furniture, old appliances, etc) cannot be put out on regular trash days. Curbside pick up of these items must be coordinated with American Disposal by calling (703) 368-0500.

 

Recyclables (such as metal/aluminum cans, aerosol cans, newspapers, wide-mouth plastic containers, glass or plastic bottles or jars) should be in vinyl recycle bins (available from American Disposal Services if you don't have one).

 

Trash and recyclables are not to be put out for pick up until sundown of the night before a scheduled pick up (Sunday evening or Wednesday evening), and the empty trash cans and recycle bins are to be retrieved from the curbs by their homeowners/renters by no later than the evening of the pick up day (Monday and Thursday evening).

 

REMINDER:

Trash containers and recycle bins are not to be stored in front of or beside your home, and should not be visible from the street other than at the curb the night before scheduled pick up.
