Keene Mill Oaks HOA is served by elected volunteer resident members of the Keene Mill Oaks Homeowners association board. The Keene Mill Oaks HOA Board has a management agreement with Summit Management, who is responsible for carrying out the decisions of the Board, assisting in administering the affairs of the Association, and the overall operation and maintenance of Keene Mill Oaks.
